No logging in places critical for Tongass wildlife and wild salmon.

Forest Supervisor Earl Stewart,

I oppose the Wrangell timber sale. We should not be spending significant taxpayer dollars to clear-cut old-growth trees in critical Tongass salmon habitat. I urge you to prioritize the continued abundance of wild salmon.

    Spread the Word

The Forest Service just released a timber sale in the Tongass National Forest that places logging within one of the most important salmon streams in southeast Alaska. This sale would hurt wild salmon and wildlife in the Tongass at significant cost to American taxpayers. Tell the Forest Service to put salmon first and stop this sale.
